MAGGIE MAE DESIGNS® is pleased to present the Hallie Derby hat from the Rosie’s Derby Hats collection.
The Hallie is a red dupioni silk medium brim design featuring wavy silk organza brim layers.
A large red rose adorns the front of the hat, created out of alternating layers of red silk organza and dupioni silk. A mixture of green silk leaves frames the rose.
A multi-layered pleated sash created out of green dupioni silk encircles the crown of the hat.
A tiny red button accents the pleated green silk sash in the back.
A winter white brocade lines this hat and honors Rosie Napravnik’s own retired Thoroughbred racehorse, Sugar. The lining for the Hallie hat is personally signed by Rosie herself!
The finished Hallie design measures approximately 16 inches end to end. The perfect chapeau for a day at the races!
