Photography Model Release for the Maggie Mae Customer Hat Gallery

By submitting photographs to maggiemae.com, I hereby give and grant to MAGGIE MAE DESIGNS^® the absolute and unconditional right to use photographs in which I appear exclusively for the MAGGIE MAE DESIGNS^® website found at http://www.maggiemae.com, including the right to edit or use a portion of such photographs that positively promotes the image and benefits of wearing hats created by MAGGIE MAE DESIGNS^®. I understand that said photographs will not be used for any other purpose unless I give my permission for such use. I further certify that I have the rights to such photographs, and the person in the photographs is me and/or my immediate family for whom I am authorized to assign rights.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs that may be used, or the manner in which any of the same are used or displayed, or not used or displayed.

Understanding that these photographs will be for use on a web site and therefore available for viewing by anyone at any time, I further release MAGGIE MAE DESIGNS^® from any liability whatever that may occur or be produced in the reproducing, showing, or displaying of said photographs.

I further understand that I am not to receive payment for said photographs and that these photographs will not discredit or distort my person in any way.
